Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith Just Sold Their Hawaiian Estate for $12 Million

The Fresh Prince of Bel Air has a royally huge crush on Hawaii real estate -- or at least he did. Will Smith and his "Girls Trip" star wife Jada Pinkett Smith have just sold their 6.91 acre property on the Hawaiian island of Kauai (the couple previously unloaded another Kauai estate in 2011).
